A credit is used the moment a video starts production — not only once it's delivered. If you request a revision, the video moves back to "In progress" but does not cost an extra credit. Batches count each individual video, not the parent project as one.
Credit usage rules
- A credit is used the moment a video starts production — not only once it's delivered.
- If you request a revision, the video moves back to "In progress," but it does not cost an extra credit.
- Every short-form video counts as 1 credit as long as it's under 90 seconds. If it's longer than 90 seconds, it counts as 2 credits.
- If your revision (1) requires a complete or large-portion re-edit from scratch, or (2) significantly changes the voiceover, clips, or B-roll, it will be counted as a separate credit.
- Hyper real estate videos and SaaS animation videos will be counted as multiple credits.
